Dolphins to Honour Dennis Boyse and Reconnect with Alumni on February 14

The Dorchester Dolphins will recognize Dennis Boyse on Saturday, February 14, celebrating his retirement after more than 20 years of dedicated service to Dolphins hockey. The evening will also serve as an important step toward reconnecting and strengthening the Dolphins alumni community.

Dennis has been a cornerstone of the organization throughout his tenure. He first served with the Senior A Dolphins before becoming the Equipment Manager for the Junior C Dolphins at the team’s inception during the 2012–13 season. His dedication, reliability, and behind-the-scenes contributions have been instrumental in supporting generations of Dolphins players and staff.

Dennis will be honoured during a pre-game ceremony prior to puck drop at the Flight Exec Centre.

In addition to celebrating Dennis’ career, the Dolphins will use this night to begin laying the foundation for future alumni involvement. The organization is looking to re-engage former players, coaches, staff, and volunteers as part of a renewed focus on alumni events and initiatives beginning next season.

Alumni are encouraged to attend, reconnect with familiar faces, and help shape the direction of future alumni programming as the Dolphins continue to build a strong and connected hockey community.

The Dolphins organization extends its sincere appreciation to Dennis Boyse and invites fans, alumni, and supporters to join us on February 14 for this special night of recognition.
