Dorchester Dolphins Seeking Athletic Trainer and Assistant Equipment Manager for 2026/27 Season

The Dorchester Dolphins are currently looking to expand our staff as we prepare for the 2026/27 PJHL season. We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join the organization in two key behind-the-scenes roles: Athletic Trainer and Assistant Equipment Manager.

These positions offer a great opportunity to be part of a competitive junior hockey program and contribute to the development and success of our players both on and off the ice.

Athletic Trainer

The Dolphins are seeking a full-time Athletic Trainer to support the team throughout the season. The successful candidate will work closely with players and coaching staff, attending practices and games while focusing on injury prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and overall player care. This role plays an important part in maintaining the health and readiness of our athletes during the demanding junior hockey season.

Assistant Equipment Manager

We are also looking for an Assistant Equipment Manager to help ensure the team is fully prepared for practices and game days. Responsibilities include assisting with equipment preparation and maintenance, managing inventory, helping with dressing room set-up, and supporting the team’s overall equipment operations.
