If you are interested in becoming a Dorchester Dolphin, please complete the registration form below. You must complete this form to receive confirmation of invitation in order to participate

COST: $60 for 3 skates

SKATE DATES: May 24th 9pm – 11pm May 25th 9pm – 11pm May 26th 9pm – 11pm

Players require a PERMISSION TO SKATE FORM from their most recent minor Hockey Association. Permission to skate cannot be granted by the Dorchester Dolphins without submission of this form during registration on skate day. Contact your Minor Hockey Association for more information on the Permission to Skate Form

Once you have completed the PROSPECT SKATE REGISTRATION FORM, please send an e-transfer of the $60 fee to our treasurer Paul  pbosch@cramassociates.com
