The Dorchester Dolphins are looking for someone to take on the role of Phin for the 2023-2024 season at all of our home games. During games, Phin will interact and take pictures with fans to enhance the overall fan experience. Performers will preserve the identity of the mascot without deviating from established character.

- Interact with fans throughout the game
- Ability to take direction and work with others
- Friendly personality and extroverted mannerisms
- Physically capable of performing for the duration of events
- Works well with children in a family-friendly environment
